Wayfinding starts with a leader who is at the threshold of a big transition — an inner or outer crisis calling her or him into deep inquiry. The time in nature affords a different listening space where we are closer to our own true nature and can hear the contours of the future echoing back to us.

We guide a process of reckoning, helping to identify the tensions that are generating a gap between where the client is now and the self that is summoning her or him. We help the client turn towards these tensions with curiosity, compassion and humor. These are the ingredients for transformative insights to arise and a deep sourcing of the future to emerge.

Together, we design a path forward that  leads to the emerging future. When leaders realize that “the inner game rules the outer game” the work becomes contagious. We help our clients integrate the work and take it on as their own. Leaders become committed to developing themselves and their teams as they experience the impact of creating the conditions for all to thrive. They learn to scale the work by establishing developmental coaching relationships with each other, ultimately transforming the organization’s culture.
